浅谈心理健康课在学生教育中的实际应用

摘要

Starting from individual cases of students' counseling, this paper elaborately designs mental health education class, in order to make teachers further know about the features of stu-dents;to make students experience the happiness in the collec-tive in mental health activities, learn the skills of getting on well with classmates and teachers, communicating with each other, and caring about each other;to make students aware of the col-lective spirit quality, such as teamwork spirit and sacrifice spirit;to let students learn transpositional consideration, and give full play to the senses which help careful experience and the feeling of truth friendship.%本文从咨询学生个案着手，精心设计心理健康教育课，以此使教师更进一步了解班级学生的特点；使学生在心理健康活动课中体会在集体中的快乐，学会与同学老师和谐相处的技巧，相互沟通、相互关心；感悟集体中存在的精神品质，如团队精神、牺牲精神等；让学生学会换位思考，充分调动感官，细心体验，感受真情。
