PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an education system for improving mental health, in the form of a game-like program, purchasable for use on the Internet or as a package of a combination of a cognitive behavior therapy and bio-feedback, in which a user is capable of learning relation between the mind and the body through real experiences, and obtains mental stability in a short or long period to prevent mental diseases.;SOLUTION: The cognitive behavior therapy is combined with observation of physiological reaction and bio-feedback to improve the effect of the cognitive behavior therapy. Conventional sensor-based goods are used for medical purposes, or for pleasure by means of the bio-feedback, and current bio-feedback systems for pleasure are used for the purpose of relaxation only.
