基于“卓越计划”的全日制工程硕士研究生培养模式研究

摘要

Taking the field of electronics and communication en-gineering as an example, we determined the cultivation objectives of full-time engineering postgraduates based on the "excellence initiative", established a specialty curriculum system and intro-duced requirements for the dissertation. In the implementation of the"excellence initiative",through the implementation of on-cam-pus and off-campus dual tutorial system, the reform of teaching content, methods and means, and the guidance of TRIZ theory, we launched serial sci-tech innovative activities, in order to comprehensively cultivate the engineering applied and innovative ability of postgraduates and improve their competitiveness in em-ployment.%本文以电子与通信工程领域为例，“卓越计划”确定了全日制工程硕士的培养目标，设置了专业课程体系，给出了学位论文的要求。在“卓越计划”实施过程中，通过实行校内外双导师制，改革教学内容，教学方法和教学手段，以TRIZ理论为指导开展了系列科技创新活动，全面培养研究生工程应用能力和创新能力，提高社会就业竞争力。
