高校班主任工作方法及其重要性

Combined with a four-year work practice about uni-versity head teacher, this paper explains how to do college class work well. In the ideological education, learning and management work, the head teacher is the direct leader. As a college head teacher, one should not only guide students to adapt to college to learn, improve class collective construction, improve the cohesion of the class group, focus on class cadres, but also strengthen ide-ological and moral education of students, and help students make career planning guidance. Only in this way can the head teacher's work be implemented in practice and in detail, thus getting a multiplier effect.%本文结合四年的高校班主任工作实践，探讨如何做好高校班主任工作。高校班主任是大学生思想教育、学习和管理工作的直接领导者。作为高校班主任不仅要引导学生适应大学学习生活，搞好班集体的建设，提高班集体的凝聚力，注重班干部队伍建设，还要加强学生的思想道德教育工作，并且做好同学们的职业规划引导。这样才能把班主任工作落到实处、细处，取得事半功倍的成效。
