To provide an importance determination program, an importance determination apparatus and an importance determination method that can efficiently and accurately perform checking of requirement specifications.SOLUTION: An importance determination apparatus identifies a combination between a first class and a second class, in which combination multiplicity has a one-to-many relationship, of a plurality of classes being included in any of a plurality of class diagrams; respectively identifies a first class diagram, in which the first class is included in identified one or more classes, and a second class diagram, in which the second class is included in identified one or more classes; respectively identifies a first other class other than the first class included in the identified first class diagram, and a second other class other than the second class included in the second class diagram; and determines importance of a relationship between the first class and the second class on the basis of the identified first other class and second other class.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 24
