The innovative teaching model"flipped classroom"has changed the roles of teachers and students, the time allocation of teaching and learning, as well as knowledge carriers. The culti-vation of occupational ability should be based on the analysis of specific posts, abandoning the traditional discipline-oriented method, centering on work and focusing on the cultivation of oc-cupational ability. The application of enterprise quality inspection method in the flipped classroom teaching of works inspection of bench skills, is to combine"flipped classroom"as a new teaching model and online learning means with the cultivation of occupa-tional ability. Guided by task lists, the implementation of flipped classroom teaching is based on the application of micro-lessons and online resources as well as the feedback of students' assign-ments.
