启发式体育教学法在中学生跨栏课中的实践研究

     

摘要

This paper applied heuristic sports teaching method in secondary school students' hurdle course and compared its teaching effect with that of traditional teaching methods, in order to obtain the result. With the teaching of 110m hurdle for male students as the example, this paper implemented the comparative experimental research on heuristic teaching, and the result showed that the method can greatly improve students' sports per-formance, the teaching effect is better, it can effectively improve students' learning interest, stimulate students' desire for sports exercise, enhance students' subjective awareness, give play to students' subjective initiative, and significantly improve students' performance in sports skills.%在中学生跨栏课中运用启发式体育教学法,并与传统教学方法的教学效果进行比较,得出比较结果.本文具体以中学生男子110米栏教学为例,进行启发式教学的对比实验研究, 结果表明在采用启发式教学法后,学生的运动成绩提高幅度更大、效果更好,能有效提高学生学习兴趣,激发练习欲望,增强主体意识,发挥主观能动性,对学生技术成绩的提高有显著作用.
