注重观察,促进幼儿个性化成长

     

摘要

In regional activities, teachers should pay attention to observation and analyze infant behaviors relying on the observed cases, thus contributing to the personalized growth of young chil-dren. First, teachers should be careful people who are clear about their purposes of observation in the activities. Second, teachers should make adjustments in the activities and act as collaborators for young children. Third, teachers should reflect in the observa-tions and act as "guides" for young children. As a kindergarten teacher, one should seriously record the observations, and under the guidance of the"Guideline", positively treat young children, discover every young child's potential based on comprehensively observing and understanding them, expand and improve young children's experience, so as to provide parents with effective ma-terials of children's development, promote the simultaneous de-velopment of the family and kindergarten, and promote the per-sonalized development of young children.%在区域活动中教师要注重观察,借助观察到的事例来分析幼儿行为,从而促进幼儿的个性化成长。一要明确观察目的,做活动的“有心人”。二要在观察中调整,做幼儿的“合作者”。三要在观察中反思,做家长的“引导者”。作为一名幼儿园教师,要认真做好观察记录,在《指南》指导下,积极看待幼儿,并在全面观察、了解幼儿的基础上发现每个幼儿的潜能,拓展与提升幼儿的经验,为家长提供孩子发展的有效资料,促进家庭和幼儿园教育的同步发展,促使幼儿获得个性化发展。
