多语言文化背景下国际商务人才的知识结构与培养路径研究

Based on the multi-language and cultural environment of international business, the knowledge structure system of in-ternational business talents under the background of multi-lan-guage and cultural has been studied from the course of general e-ducation, basic education, professional education and teaching practice. And then the cultivating path of international business talents has been described from the cultivating concept, cultivat-ing mode and cultivating environment.%本文基于多语言文化背景下的国际商务环境，从学科通识教育、基础教育、专业教育和教学实践等方面刻画了多语言文化环境下高素质国际商务人才的知识结构体系，从培养理念、培养模式和培养环境等方面阐述了国际商务人才的培养路径。
