基于大学生隐性知识与自主学习能力转化的高校教学改革研究

摘要

能力提升的本质是知识的整合。研究通过对大学生隐性知识和知识转化模式的分析，发现大学生自主学习能力培养的核心在于隐性知识及其转化的学习模式。并在SECI模型的基础上，通过构建大学生隐性知识与自主学习能力转化模型，提出高校教育教学改革对策。%The core of ability improvement is knowledge integra-tion. Through analyzing college students' implicit knowledge and knowledge transformation models, the study found that the core of the cultivation of college students' autonomous learning ability lies in implicit knowledge and the learning models it transforms. Based on SECI model, through constructing college students' im-plicit and autonomous learning ability transformation model, this paper proposed strategies for college education and teaching re-form.
