略论应用型本科的基础及其合法性

摘要

从理论上、本质上看，应用型本科具有价值、学理、法律、群众认同的基础；从现实上看，应用型本科的价值、学理、法律、群众认同的基础十分薄弱。应用型本科具有合法性的实质基础，但还远没有成为应用型本科共同体的自觉行为，其效能还没有充分表现出来。%Viewing from theory and essence, application-oriented undergraduate education possesses such foundations as value, discipline science, law and mass identification, while from reality, the above foundations are very weak. Application-oriented un-dergraduate education possesses the essential foundation of legit-imacy, but it is far from having the autonomous action of becom-ing application-oriented undergraduate community, and its effi-cacy has not yet fully functioned.
