小组社会工作对大学新生适应性问题的介入

摘要

本文是社会工作方法在大学新生适应领域的应用性研究。采用《中国大学生适应量表》（CCSAS）对大学新生入校2个月后进行适应性调查，并运用小组社会工作的方法对适应不良的新生进行干预。探讨小组工作对于大学新生适应性问题介入的可行性和效果。%This paper studied the application of the social work methods in the field of university freshmen's adaption. We adopt-ed the"Chinese college student adjustment scale"(CCSAS) to do adaptability investigation for freshmen two months after they en-tered university and used group social work to intervene in mal-adaptive freshmen. The aim was to explore the feasibility and ef-fect of group social work's intervention on freshmen's adaptive problems.
