PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a group work controller having superior security (confidentiality). SOLUTION: The controller controls the execution of a group work, using a host computer 2. The controller is provided with an arithmetic part 9 to perform an arithmetic processing of a plurality of pieces of user identification information and a determining part 11 to calculate first group identification information by performing the arithmetic processing of pieces of the user identification information for all specified users of the group work by using the arithmetic part 9, to calculate second group identification information by performing the arithmetic processing of pieces of the user identification information for all the users to express participation in the group work, and to further permit the group work by the users who express the participation to the group work when the first group identification information is determined as agreeing with the second group identification information.
