浅议一体化教学模式下教师角色的转变

         

摘要

"School-enterprise cooperation and work-study integration" training model promotes the integrated teaching reform, striving to cultivate students' abilities on curriculum development, focusing on students' subjectivity on curriculum implementation, and paying attention to the cultivation of students' work-study abilities on curriculum objectives, namely, both learning to be a useful person and learning to do things well. The reform teaching model has brought opportunities and challenges to teachers, and the traditional role of teachers to impart knowledge and solve doubts can no longer meet the integrated teaching model, while the role of teachers under integrated background should be effectively transformed from exploring teaching methods suitable for students, realizing students' individual development, guiding students' learning and transforming from knowledge-orientation to ability-orientation.%“校企合作,工学一体”人才培养模式促进一体化教学改革,在课程开发上力求培养学生的能力,课程实施上注重学生主体性,在课程达成目标上注重学生工学能力的培养,既学会做人又学会做事。教学模式的改革给教师带来机遇与挑战,传统授业解惑的教师角色已经不能适用一体化教学模式,一体化教师角色应从探索适合学生教学方法、实现学生差异发展、带着学生走向知识、变知识本位为能力本位四个方面进行有效转变。
