文章分析了当前中职学校学生思想教育工作中学生主体地位尚缺,传统规制型管理生态仍占主导,对中职学生形成“刻板效应”,思想教育工作起点存在偏差认知,思想教育中的负激励策略占优,尊重式激励思维没有形成,服务理念缺失,单向管理成为惯用方法的现状,论证了尊重激励法在中职学校学生思想教育中的必要性和适用性。%This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cur-rent ideological education of secondary vocational students, such as the deficiency of students' subjective role, the dominant posi-tion of the traditional regulatory management ecology, the"stereotype effect"of secondary vocational students, the bias cog-nition on the starting point of ideological education, excessive negative motivation strategies in ideological education, the lack of respect-based motivation thinking, the lack of service ideas, and the prevalence of one-way management. This paper then demon-strates the necessity and adaptability of respect-based motivation method in the ideological education of secondary vocational stu-dents.
