校本课程开发下教师专业发展的研究

     

摘要

School-based courses are courses specifically de-signed for a school in accordance with the realities, features and students' development of the school based on the effective implementation of national courses and local courses. The im-plementation of school-based courses has endowed front-line teachers with unprecedented rights of developing courses, and also proposed new requirements for teachers, but meanwhile, brought many challenges to teachers' professional development, mainly reflected in improving teachers' awareness of courses, enriching teachers' professional knowledge, enhancing teachers' professional skills, and improving teachers' awareness of action research. In this trend of curriculum reform, teachers should seize the opportunity and transform their role, in order to realize their professional development. This paper mainly deals with how to realize teachers' professional development under the de-velopment of school-based courses, focusing on the strategies to transform teachers' role, and putting forward corresponding solutions.%校本课程,即学校在有效地实施了国家课程和地方课程的基础上,根据学校自身实际、特色和学生的发展为本校量身定制的课程。校本课程的实施给予了一线教师从未有过的课程开发的权力,因而对教师提出了新的要求,但同时也为教师的专业发展提供了诸多机遇,主要表现在提升教师的课程意识、丰富教师的专业知识、加强教师的专业技能以及提升教师的行动研究意识与能力上。在这股课改浪潮中,作为教师,应该不遗余力地抓住机遇、转变角色,实现自身的专业化发展。本文针对校本课程开发下研究教师如何实现专业发展这一问题,重点探讨教师角色转变的策略,从而提出相应的解决方案。
