关于我国农村义务教育经费问题述评

摘要

发展农村义务教育最为根本的就是教育经费问题，通过农村义务教育经费投入体制、管理体制、保障体制三个研究角度出发，分析出是由于宏观研究空泛，微观层面研究不足，研究主题的嬗变等，要求我们在今后的研究中要提高教育经费预算的等级、健全投入监管机制、引入第三方评估机构，从而进一步保证农村义务教育稳固发展。%The most fundamental problem in the development of rural compulsory education is the problem of funds. Starting from such three research perspectives as the investment system, man-agement system and guarantee system of funds for rural compul-sory education, this paper analyzes the causes of the problem, such as superficial macroscopic research, insufficient microscop-ic research and capricious subjects of research themes. In order to ensure the stable development of rural compulsory education, we should improve the level of education budgets, perfect the in-vestment supervision system, and introduce third-party evalua-tion institutions.
