后进生在高校学生中占据一定比重,如何更好实现后进生教育转化,是当前高校思政教育中的一项重要课题。文章通过问卷调研、访谈等形式,对后进生进行了分类,并从主客观两方面分析了形成原因,结合相关文献和日常工作实践,提出了后进生教育转化十四字方针,对高校后进生教育转化问题的解决有一定的借鉴作用。%Backward students occupy a certain proportion of uni-versity students, so how to better transform and educate them has been an important topic for the present ideological and political education in colleges and universities. In this paper, through such forms as questionnaire survey, interview and so on, backward students were classified and the subjective and objective reasons why they became backward students were analyzed. Combined with related literature and daily working practice, the four-teen-character principle for the transformation and education of backward students was proposed, aiming to provide a reference for the relevant work.
