“一带一路”下中外学生融合的国际性铁路校园建设

摘要

针对“一带一路”战略对国际性人才的巨大需求，探索以建设铁路国际化校园、培养国际化铁路人才为目标的教改思路。通过充分发挥学校铁路专业特色，研究“一带一路”背景下中外学生融合国际性联合培养的方法，利用轨道交通安全协同创新中心，建立“一带一路”铁路领域相关企业与高等院校的协同创新机制，为我国“一带一路”战略实施提供人才保障。%With the proposal of "Belt and Road Initiatives" strategy, more international talents are needed. The paper discuss-es the teaching reform idea with the purpose of building international railway campus and training international railway tal-ents. Using the international co-culture method and collaborative innovation mechanism between enterprises and universities in the field of railway, it can offer talent guarantee for the implementation of "Belt and Road Initiatives" strategy.
