行政化是现代大学遭遇到的一个现实性难题。大学行政化滋生和助长了大学中的功利化、庸俗化现象，使现代大学陷入“学术本位”与“官本位”的价值冲突、学术意志与行政意志的权力冲突、学术群体与行政群体的利益冲突境况。去行政化目的在于把异化为行政机构的大学还原为作为学术与文化机构的大学，彰显大学组织应有的学术特质或价值定位，永葆大学精神特质和学术品格，这也是现代大学良性运行与健康发展的必然要求。%Administration is a reality problem encountered by modem university. University administration produces and fosters the university＇s utilitarian and Vulgar phenomenon. Thus, modem university leads to the value conflict of ＂academic based＂ and ＂o~cial based＂, the power conflict of academic will and administrative will, and the interest conflict of academic groups and administrative groups. The purpose of de-administration is to restore the university that has been alienated as an administrational organization back into the university as an academic and cultural organization. Demonstrating university＇s academic nature or value orientation and maintaining university＇s ethos and academic integrity are the requirements for modem university＇s sound operation and health development.
