郑万铁路平顶山地区线路走向方案研究

     

摘要

Railway route alignment is a process of multi-objective decision making.The recom-mended optimization scheme is determined based on the analysis of the main influence factors such as passenger flow,engineering geological conditions,route alignment,engineering investment and urban planning convergence.The determination is guided by the views of the government and its functional departments at all levels.The case study of the scheme shows that,to meet the premise of the target speed and the transportation capacity,the opinions of relative departments and local government play a decisive role in plan optimization.It is also concluded that the engineering geological condition is an important factor that affects the route alignment and the safe operation and maintenance in the later stage,and the following up of the city planning creates conditions for the improvement of the following traffic network system.In view of the forward city scale,the scheme of Pingdingshan West is recommended.Although the initial project investment is a little bigger,it has positive effects in eliminating the unforeseeable adverse effects.%铁路选线方案是一个多目标性决策问题.通过对客流、工程地质条件、线路走向顺直、工程投资和城市规划衔接等主要影响因素的研究,综合分析各方案的优缺点,以各级政府及其职能部门的意见为指导,确定出相对优化的推荐方案.案例分析表明,在保证实现设计速度目标值和铁路客运运能的前提下,地方各级政府相关部门的意见对于线路方案优选具有举足轻重的作用,工程地质条件是影响线路走向和后期安全营运及维护的重要因素,衔接城市规划为后续交通路网系统的完善创造条件,设计考虑远期城市规模,经综合比选确定经禹州平顶山西方案为推荐方案.工程投资方面,虽然前期的工程投资略大,但对消除远期不可预见的不利影响具有积极的作用.
