With 296 college students as the subjects, the relationship of social support and career maturity with subjective well-being (SWB) was explored. The results showed: College students had lower social support scores with higher grade in male but the opposite trend in female; Also, they had higher career maturity level with higher grade. No gender or grade effect in total subjective we}l-being existed. Subjective support, utilization of social support and four of six dimensions in career naaturity were significant positive predictors for SWB.%本文以296名大学生为研究对象,研究大学生社会支持、职业成熟度与主观幸福感间的关系。结果表明:随着年级升高.男大学生的社会支持得分有逐步下降趋势,而女生刚好相反;高年级学生大学生职业成熟度占优势:主观幸福感整体不存在性别与年级差异。主观支持与对支持的利用度以及职业自信、职业价值、职业自主及亲友依赖对主观幸福感有正向预测作用。
