溶解氧模糊控制器的FPGA设计与实现

     

摘要

In order to improve the real-time and stability of automatic control for the dissolved oxygen ( DO), according to relevant principles of DO in the waste-water treatment process and fuzzy control,the DO fuzzy controller based on FPGA is designed and implemented.The design is based on the development platform QuartusⅡ9.1 ,combined with the strong real-time and high stability characteristics of FPGA, and with the method of look-up table in language of VHDL,the fuzzy control list is calculated by the use of fuzzy logic toolbox of Matlab.The simulation results show that the real-time control of DO could be realized effectively by this fuzzy controller.%为提高溶解氧浓度(DO)自动控制的实时性与稳定性,根据污水处理过程中溶解氧浓度控制和模糊控制的相关原理,设计并实现了基于FPGA的溶解氧模糊控制器.该设计基于QuartusII9.1开发平台,结合FPGA实时性强和稳定性高的特点,使用VHDL语言,运用查表法的思想,并利用Matlab模糊控制工具箱计算出溶解氧模糊控制表.仿真结果表明,该模糊控制器能够实现对溶解氧浓度的实时控制.
