Aiming at the characteristic of time delay in control process, the predictive control algorithm based on time domain response characteristics is provided. The algorithm predicts the future output by using current and previous sampling information as well as the control information has been output, thus makes the control signal without deviation and obtains optimal control performance indexes. The feasibility of this algorithm is verified by theoretical analysis and Matlab simulation. The algorithm features simple calculation, good robustness, high antiinterference capability and excellent tracking performance, it offers ideal control effects for first order large time delay systems.%针对工业控制过程中系统具有大滞后这一特性,给出了一种基于时域响应特性的预测控制算法.该算法利用当前及之前的采样信息和已输出的控制信息预测系统的未来输出,获得使系统无偏差的控制信号,使得系统的性能指标最优.理论分析和Matlab仿真试验验证了该算法的可行性.该算法计算简单、鲁棒性强、抑制干扰能力及跟踪性能良好,对大时滞一阶系统具有较理想的控制效果.
