余热锅炉蒸汽温度串级自动调节

摘要

Through analysis and research on the characteristics of the steam system in heat recovery boiler,it is determined that to select temperature of the inlet flue gas,steam flow,and main steam temperature as the control parameters for the cascade control system of main steam ; and the method has been verified in practical productive system.The practice indicates that this control system achieves better regulation effect for heat recovery boiler of which the load is easily affected by external factors and with frequent fluctuations.%通过对余热锅炉蒸汽系统特性的分析和研究,确定了余热锅炉进口烟气温度、蒸汽流量及主汽温度作为主蒸汽串级调节系统的控制参数,并在实际生产系统中进行检验.实际应用表明,该调节系统在负荷受外界因素影响较大、波动频繁的余热锅炉上能达到较好的调节效果.
