3D打印技术出现在20世纪90年代中期.作为一种新兴的快速成型技术,该技术极大地推动了数字制造产业的发展,在模具制造、工业设计等领域被用于制造模型,后逐渐用于一些产品的直接制造.对目前3D打印的几大分类作了简单的梳理,并就普及程度较高的熔融沉积制造(FDM)技术和精度较高的光固化立体成型(SLA)技术进行了简单的介绍与重点比较.在此基础上提出了轴动技术和SLA技术整合的可能性探讨,即轴动式激光固化3D打印技术.讨论了以上两种技术整合所带来的新的交叉机型的优势及其目前的发展状况,并基于该原理进行了积极的实践,设计了一款原型机.该机型为轴动式激光固化3D打印技术提供了更好的普及平台.由于3D打印的特殊性及SLA技术高精度的特点,个性定制的优势将在新的交叉机型中得到更好发展.%3D printing technology appeared in the middle 1990s.As a novel kind of rapid molding technology,it greatly promotes the development of digital manufacturing industry,and has been often used in the fields of mold manufacturingand industrial design,and then it is gradually applied in direct manufacture of some products.Several major classifications of the 3D printing are summarized briefly,and two of the classifications,i.e.,the fused deposition modeling (FDM) technology with higher popularization and the stereo lithography apparatus (SLA) technology with higher accuracy are introduced and compared emphatically.On this basis,the possibility of integrating the technologies of axis technology and SLA is investigated,i.e.,the axisstereo lithograply apparatus 3D printing technology.The advantages and developing status of such combined technology is discussed,and for practicing,a prototype is designed based on this principle.This prototype provides a better popularized platform for the axisstereo lithography apparatus 3D printing technology.Because of the particularity of 3D printing and the high precision of SLA technology,the advantages of personalized customization will be better developed in the new cross models.
