吸烟对重型颅脑损伤患者术后肺部感染及预后的影响评价

摘要

目的 观察分析吸烟对重型颅脑损伤患者术后肺部感染及预后的影响.方法 回顾性分析2012年1月至2014年1月我院收治的60例重型颅脑损伤术后患者,将其中30例无吸烟史患者归为对照组,30例有吸烟史患者归为试验组.分析吸烟年限与患病关系,统计、比较两组患者的肺部感染概率和感染控制状况及预后结果.结果 试验组的感染率(86.67％)显著高于对照组(40.00％),感染患者的控制率低于对照组,控制时间、总体病死率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 吸烟可增加重型颅脑损伤患者术后肺部感染概率,降低感染控制率,延长感染控制时间,增加病死率,影响预后结果,需加大临床关注度并做好预防措施.%Objective To observe and analyze the influence of smoking on pulmonary infection and prognosis of patients with severe brain injury.Methods A retrospective analysis of 60 severe brain injury patients from January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital was performed.Of the 60 patients,30 patients without smoking history were selected as control group,and another 30 cases with history of smoking as experimental group.The relationship between the duration of smoking and the prevalence of pulmonary infection,infection control status and prognosis was compared between the two groups.Results The infection rate of the experimental group was 86.67％ that was significantly higher than that of control group (40％).The infection control rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group.Furthermore,the control time and the overall mortality rate in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Smoking could increase the risk of pulmonary infection in postoperative severe brain injury patients,reduce the infection control rate,delay the infection control,increase the mortality and affect the prognosis of these patients.Closer clinical attention and more preventive measures are needed.
