PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental load evaluation support system which supports creating of a basic unit map used for evaluation of carbon dioxide emissions due to vehicle travel, and an environmental load evaluation support method and environmental load evaluation support programs therefor.SOLUTION: A controller 21 of the environmental load evaluation support system 20 executes processing for specifying a category of an engine. Then, in torque curve estimation processing, the controller 21 acquires engine characteristic information from a vehicle specification table, and creates a torque curve using a category recorded in a representative torque curve data storage part 24. Next, in engine map estimation processing, the controller 21 sets a reference rotation number using a defined maximum CO2 emission rotation number, and creates a virtual map using a category recorded in a basic unit calculation function data storage part 25. In addition, by comparing fuel efficiency in a fuel efficiency benchmark and fuel efficiency based on the virtual map, the controller 21 executes correction processing of CO2 emission basic unit.
