PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environmental load evaluation method, an environmental load evaluation device, and an environmental load evaluation program for presenting an information and communication technology for efficiently reducing an environmental load in accordance with a site where the information and communication technology is introduced.SOLUTION: Disclosed is the environmental load evaluation method of making a computer execute the following processing of: calculating the environmental burden of each factor of an environmental load on the basis of monitoring data of each factor; performing ranking of the above mentioned factors on the basis of the environmental burden; and selecting, by referring to a database for storing the environmental load reduction data of each environmental load reduction plan in which the ranking of the above mentioned factors is performed on the basis of the reduction amounts of the environmental burden of each factor, the environmental load reduction data whose overall reduction amounts are the largest from among the environmental load reduction data whose ranking of factors corresponds to the ranked ranking of the factors of the environmental load.
