研究了丙烯环氧化产物和杂质对蒽醌工作液氢化、氧化反应的影响,并对过程集成中萃取后工作液的干燥脱水进行了研究。试验结果表明,在过程集成中,少量的环氧化产物和杂质对蒽醌法过程中氢化、氧化反应均无明显的影响;过程集成中由于萃取后的工作液中含有甲醇,用浓碳酸钾法脱水不适宜,用凝聚过滤法脱水可行。%The influence of products and impurities in the propylene epoxidation process on the anthraquinone route was investigate d.The results show all of them do not af fect the hydrogenation and oxidation of anthraquinone working solution.The mea ns of dehydrating anthraquinone working so lution containing methanol by K2CO3 so l ution has drawbacks,but using coalescer to dehydrate anthraquinone working solut ion is a good method in the integrated p rocess.
