介绍了中海炼化惠州炼化分公司120万t/a常减压蒸馏装置加工原油轻质化后存在的技术瓶颈以及采取的改造措施.结果表明,通过采取增大常压塔塔盘开孔率,放大机泵输送能力,提高常压塔中段取热负荷以及产品分流等措施,使装置在加工30％(掺炼质量分数)轻质原油时,加热炉排烟温度降低了9℃,自产蒸汽量增加了15 t/h,轻质油收率提高了2.48个百分点,总液体收率提高了3.33个百分点.%The technical bottleneck and revamping measures of 1.2 Mt/a atmospheric vacuum distillation unit of Huizhou Refining & Chemical Company,CNOOC,processing light oil were introduced.The results showed that by adopting revamping measures such as increasing the tray opening rate of atmospheric tower,enlarge the pump transport capacity,increasing the midpiece heating load of atmospheric tower and diverting product,etc,the exhaust gas temperature of heating furnace could reduce by 9 ℃,increasing the amount of steam produced could increase by 15 t/h,the yield of light oil could increase by 2.48 percent points and the yield of total liquid could increase by 3.33 percent points when the uint processing 30％ (blending mass fraction) light oil.
