目的论视角下看化妆品品牌翻译

     

摘要

With the development of economy, cosmetic brand names deserves more and more attention of researchers according to the role it played in economic exchange. Based on Skopos Theory, the author analyzes its application in practical cosmetic brand name translation according to the general characteristics and function of cosmetic brand names. Moreover, factors which need to be taken into consideration in cosmetic brand name translation are discussed, and the translation techniques applied in cos⁃metic brand name translation are found.%  在经济快速发展的今天,品牌翻译因其在经济交流中所扮演的重要作用而引起了越来越多人的关注。该文笔者以功能主义翻译观中的目的论为理论基础,根据化妆品品牌的功能、特点及其翻译目的,通过实例分析了目的论在化妆品品牌翻译中的实际应用,介绍了化妆品品牌翻译过程中应考虑的因素和实际应用的翻译策略和方法。
