By explaining Nida’s theory of functional equivalence and analysing the unique characters of the lexicon of English business contracts, the author tries to apply the functional equivalence theory into the translation of English business contracts in order to reach the strategy of the translation of English business contracts, that is, domestication.%　　通过阐述奈达的功能对等理论并且分析英语商务合同英语词汇的独特特点，作者视图将功能对等理论应用到商务合同英语翻译中，进而得出商务合同英语翻译的策略-归化翻译策略。
