The concept of“Dynamic Equivalence”put forward by Eugene Nida and the Skopos Theory of Functional School has greatly influenced the development of translation. This essay attempts to compare these two translation theory and studies how these two theories could be applied by translators in their translation tasks.%尤金·奈达提出的“动态对等”理论和功能翻译理论学派所提出的目的论是翻译理论史上的两次重大飞跃，对世界译坛有着深远的影响。该文主要对这两个重要翻译理论进行比较，并研究这两个理论如何指导翻译工作者更好的完成翻译任务。
