基于需求分析的高职商务英语专业人才需求和培养模式调查研究

摘要

该研究以需求分析理论为依托,对某职业技术学院81名商务英语专业大三顶岗实习的学生和40家设置商务英语相关岗位的用人单位进行了高职商务英语专业人才需求和培养模式调研.研究结果对优化现有高职商务英语人才培养模式具有重要的参考价值.%Taking 81 business English major interns (Junior students) from a higher vocational college in Ningbo and 40 enterpris-es which set up business English related positions as the subjects, this study investigates the needs and cultivation pattern of high-er vocational college business English majors based on needs analysis. Based on the survey results, the study further provides its implications for the improvement of the current cultivation pattern of higher vocational college business English majors.
