当前,高职院校的建设以及招生规模逐渐扩大,高职教育在我国高等教育事业中占有十分重要的地位.高职院校的英语教学是教学中重要内容,对于促进学生英语素养的提升有着积极的作用.随着英语教学改革的推进,高职院校的英语教学取得了一定的成就,但是还存在着学生英语学习兴趣不高,学习动机衰退的现象,不利于学生英语应用能力的提升.高职院校的英语教师应对学生的学习动机进行及时的监控,明确学生动机衰退的影响因素,找出合适的对策促进学生学习动机的提升.本文就高职院校英语学习者动机衰退的现象进行分析和研究.%at present, the construction of Higher Vocational Colleges and enrollment scale is gradually expanded, higher vocational education in China's higher education in a very important position. English Teaching in higher vocational colleges is an important part of teaching, which has a positive effect on improving students' English literacy. With the advance of the reform of English teaching, English Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges made some achievements, but there are still students' interest in learn-ing English is not high, the study of demotivation phenomenon, is not conducive to improve the students' English application abili-ty. English teachers in higher vocational colleges should monitor the students' learning motivation in time, make clear the influenc-ing factors of students' motivation, and find out the appropriate strategies to promote students' learning motivation. This paper ana-lyzes and studies the phenomenon of English learning in higher vocational colleges.
