当前国内高等院校本科英语专业的口译人才培养普遍存在课堂教学模式不科学、口译教师队伍较薄弱、口译教材选择缺乏针对性等共性问题，导致口译人才的培养与市场需求之间不相符合。因此，本文就国内独立学院英语专业的口译人才培养中出现的问题进行分析论述，并提出针对本校大四英语专业学生口译学习的良好策略，以期待学生综合竞争力的提高以及对市场需求的对口。%Currently, there exist common and prominent problems for undergraduate English majors in domestic institutions of higher education, such as the unscientific teaching methods, weak teaching body for interpretation, lack of proper textbooks, etc.. As a result, the graduates those institutions cultivate are not in correspondence with the market demands. Consequently, it is nec⁃essary to analyze and tackle those emerging issues, and suggest several learning skills for senior English majors so as to improve the overall competitiveness of the graduates.
