中文版糖尿病与吸烟信念量表的信效度研究

摘要

[目的]检验中文版糖尿病与吸烟信念量表(DSB)的信度和效度。[方法]将英文版糖尿病与吸烟信念量表翻译为中文版,修订后,将量表应用于212例住院和门诊的吸烟糖尿病病人,评价其信效度。[结果]结构效度评定采用验证性因子分析,结果显示,近似误差均方根(RMSEA)=0.0753,标准化拟合指数(NFI)=0.877,拟合优度指数(GFI)=0.892。总量表进行探索性因子分析提取4个公因子,能解释总方差65.106%的变异。已知族群效度分析中,有无戒烟意愿的病人总量表、吸烟与糖尿病治疗及戒烟与糖尿病控制分量表得分比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),戒烟与体重增加分量表得分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。效标关联效度分析显示：总量表及各分量表与糖尿病健康信念问卷呈负相关(P<0.01)。各条目得分与总量表得分的Pearson相关系数为0.382~0.592(P<0.001)；总量表及其3个分量表的Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.770,0.805,0.810,0.837。[结论]中文版糖尿病与吸烟信念量表具有良好的信度和效度,适合在我国吸烟糖尿病病人中使用。%Objective:To test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of The Diabetes and Smoking Be-liefs(DSB)Scale.Methods:After translated and revised the Chinese version of DSB scale,it has applied in 2 1 2 hospitalzed and outpatient smoking diabetes patients to test its reliability and validity.Results:The results of confirmatory factor analysis showed that the RMSEA was 0.075 3.The normalized fitting index(NFI)was 0.877. And the goodness of fit index(GFI)was 0.892.The total scale was extracted 4 common factors by exploratory factor analysis,which can explain 65.106% variance of the total variance.There were statistically significant differences(P<0.05)between the total score of patients with and without smoking cessation,smoking with dia-betes treatment and smoking control with diabetes control subscale scores.There was no significant difference (P>0.05)on scores of smoking cessation and weight gain between the two groups.The correlation analysis showed that the total and subscales were negatively correlated with the diabetes health belief scale(P<0.01). The Pearson correlation coefficients of each item score and total score were 0.382 0.592 (P<0.001).The Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the total scale and its three subscales were 0.770,0.805,0.810,and 0.837 respec-tively.Conclusions:The Chinese Version of Diabetes and Smoking Belief Scale has good reliability and validity. And it is suitable for use in smoking diabetic patients in China.
