基于威尔逊道德教育理论的多元教学模式在本科职业道德教育中的应用

         

摘要

Objective:To probe into the application of multiple teaching model based on Wilson's moral education theory in vocational moral education of undergraduate nursing students.Method:A total of 108 undergraduate nursing students from the 2010 session and 4 year system our school were selected and divided into 55 people in the experimental group and 53 of the control group.The patients in the control group were given the theory combined with the practical teaching method,and the patients in experimental group adopted the multiple teaching method based on Wilson's moral education theory.The occupational moral and moral perplexity were compared between the two groups of nursing students after intervention.Result:The frequency of occupational moral perplexity in the test group was (26.5 ± 4.3),and the occurrence degree was(32.6 ± 8.0),which were lower than those in control group(32.5±5.8,41.4±7.7),and the score of moral ability of the test group was higher than that in control group.There were statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Application of multiple teaching model based on Wilson's moral education theory helped to construct undergraduate's moral thinking,enable them to consciously implement moral behavior and reduce the occurrence of career confusion.%[目的]探讨基于威尔逊道德教育理论的多元教学模式在本科职业道德教育中的应用.[方法]便利选取我校2010届4年制本科护生108人,分为试验组55人和对照组53人,对照组采用理论实践相结合的教学法,试验组采用基于威尔逊道德教育理论构建的多元教学法,干预后比较两组护生的职业道德困惑和道德能力.[结果]试验组护生职业道德困惑发生频率为(26.5±4.3)分,发生程度为(32.6±8.0)分,低于对照组(32.5分±5.8分,41.4分±7.7分);试验组道德能力得分高于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).[结论]应用基于威尔逊道德教育理论的多元教学模式有助于构建本科护生的道德思维,使护生自觉实施道德行为,降低职业困惑的发生.
