儿科护患纠纷原因分析与防范对策

摘要

目的:探讨儿科护患纠纷防范对策.方法:分析我院儿科26起护患纠纷.结果:纠纷原因涉及护患关系、管理因素、护士因素、家长因素等多方面.结论:防范护患纠纷应从更新服务观念、提高综合素质、加强护患沟通、实施隐患教育、改进查对细节、改善工作环境等方面着手.%Objective:To explore the strategies to nurse - patient dispute in pediatrics. Methods:To analyze 26 nurse - patient disputes in our department. Results:The causes of dispute relate of nurse - patient relationship, management, nurse and patients' family. Conclusion: The strategies include updating concept, building ability, strengthening communication,enforcing education, improving check and amending work environment.
