分段式培训法在新护士临床护理能力培训考核中的应用

         

摘要

Objective:To explore the application value of segmented training method in clinical nursing competency training and examinationin of the new nurses.Methods:80 new nurses were divided into observation group (n =40) and control group (n =40),the control group took the routine care operations skills training,the observation group to took the segmented training method.Results:The observation group nurses theoretical knowledge examination the excellent and good rate was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).The observation group nurses assessed ability,basic nursing knowledge and skills to master the ability,writing ability,ability of emergency nursing records were higher than those in control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion:The segmented training method can effectively mobilize the enthusiasm of learning new nurses,improve the clinical nursing ability,cultivate the comprehensive quality of new nurses.%目的:探讨分段式培训法在新护士临床护理能力培训考核中的应用价值.方法:将新进80名护士分为观察组与对照组各40名.对照组采取常规护理技能培训方法,观察组采取分段式培训法进行培训考核,对两组新护士的观察指标进行评价.结果:观察组护士理论知识考核优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组护士评估患者问题能力、护理基础知识与技能掌握能力、护理文书书写能力、应急能力均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:分段式培训法可以有效调动新护士学习积极性,提高临床护理能力,有利于新护士综合素质的培养.
