:Objective To explore the effects of micro-course plus scenario simulation in pediatric nurses' skill training on blood transfusion. Methods 〓Totally 40 nurses of Pediatric Department were selected and divided into observation group(n=20)and control group(n=20)according to the sequence of enrollment. Nurses in control group were trained through conventional mode, and those in observation group were trained through micro-course plus scenario simulation. The mastery degree of two groups was compared after skill training on blood transfusion. Results The total points in observation group were higher than those in control group(92.50±2.90 vs. 82.90±3.20, P0.05). Conclusion 〓Micro-course plus scenario simulation can improve training effect of operating skills of pediatric nurses, and helps nurses to master the features of specialized operation and to improve their learning enthusiasm.
