多体系统抱罐车驾驶室模态分析与测试

     

摘要

Slag pot carrier is a multi-body system composed of frame, working boom, axles, slag pot etc., of which the cab is subjected to the impulse load with frequent direction change during the working process. The flexibility of the frame can enlarge the cab’s vibration amplitude, which will reduce the driver’s security and comfort. In this paper, the vibration characteristic of the cab is studied. First of all, a three-dimensional model of the slag pot carrier is established. Then, modal analysis is done with finite element simulation and theoretical analysis. The first five modals of the cab are obtained. Finally an in-situ hammering test and a dynamic impact test are done on the slag pot carrier. The natural frequencies are obtained by analyzing the acceleration signals. The correctness of the simulation method is verified. This study provides a reference for vibration control of the cab and design of the slag pot carrier.%抱罐车是由车架、工作臂、车桥、转运罐等组成的多体系统,驾驶室在作业中受频繁方向改变冲击载荷以及车架柔性振动的影响,影响操作人员的安全性和舒适性。为研究其振动特性,建立某抱罐车驾驶室的三维模型,进行振动模态的有限元仿真和理论分析,得出其前五阶固有频率和振型,最后通过现场的锤击静态测试和冲击载荷动态测试证明理论分析和仿真的正确性,为抱罐车整机设计和驾驶室振动控制提供参考。
