高速曳引电梯噪声研究综述

     

摘要

随着电梯运行速度的不断提高,噪声已成为影响乘坐舒适性的重要指标。机械噪声和气动噪声是高速曳引电梯噪声的主要噪声源。机械噪声的研究主要集中在结构振动特性以及轿厢、对重与导轨、钢丝绳间的摩擦等方面;气动噪声的研究主要围绕以下三个方面:一是轿厢外形结构对气动噪声的影响,二是对不同频段噪声采取的降噪技术与措施,三是电梯系统动力学模型的优化设计。通过综合分析高速电梯噪声研究的现状,探讨了高速曳引电梯噪声研究领域存在的问题和发展趋势。%With the continuous raising of traction elevator speed, noise has become an important index of ride comfort. Mechanical noise and aerodynamic noise are the main sources of elevator noise. Research of mechanical noise reduction is mainly focused on the reduction of the resonance,the friction between elevator cars and counterweight and guide rails and wire rope. Researches of aerodynamic noise reduction mainly include three aspects:effects of the elevator car’s shape on aerodynamic noise; noise reduction technique for the noise in different frequency bands; and optimal design of elevator system dynamics model. Based on the analysis above, the research trends of the high-speed traction elevator noise are discussed.
