Efficiency drop and whistling phenomenon appear in a ground test of an aero-engine. Through the detailed analysis of the measured vibration and noise signals, the blade deformation of the first-stage axial-flow impeller of the engine is identified. Based on the detailed analysis of the fault, the characteristics of the noise spectrum due to the blade deformation are obtained. The results can provide a basis for blade deformation induced fault identification.%某航空发动机在地面试验中出现效率下降且伴有啸叫声的异常现象。根据对所测振动、噪声信号的详细分析,成功判断出该发动机第一级轴流叶轮叶片发生变形。国内外对于发动机转子叶片发生变形故障时的噪声数据研究较少,通过对该发动机故障的详细分析,得到转子叶片发生变形故障时噪声频谱的特征,为转子叶片变形故障的准确判断提供依据。
