To meet the application requirements of airborne radars, a multi-DOF passive vibration isolation platform based on parallel mechanism with redundancy protection ability is designed. The principle design of the vibration isolation platform is introduced, and the multi-DOF motion ability of the vibration isolation is proved based on screw theory and modified Kutzbach-Grubler formula. The capability of damping vibration of the platform is simulated in the case of possible failure based on the design of redundancy protection. The simulation proved that the vibration isolation platform under the failure condition can still protect the radar from overlarge vibration, which can improve the survivability of the radar.%通过分析某型号机载雷达的使用要求,设计出一种应用于该型雷达的基于并联机构具有冗余保护能力的多维被动隔振平台;介绍了隔振平台的原理设计,并且通过螺旋理论和修正Kutzbach-Grubler公式证明隔振平台的多自由度运动能力;基于冗余保护对隔振平台潜在的最可能发生的失效形式进行隔振分析和隔振仿真,通过仿真手段证明隔振平台在考虑到的失效情况下能够继续保护雷达不失去工作能力,提高了雷达的生存能力。
