基于阻抗失配原理的新型轨交减振扣件研制

     

摘要

Vibration reduction effect of traditional subway fasteners is greatly limited due to their solid rubber mats. Therefore, the structure of the mats is optimized based on the principle of impedance mismatching and wave type converting. Incident longitudinal waves can be reflected and converted by setting a special acoustic structure, which increases the vibration reduction of the rubber mats. On this basis, a new kind of fasteners is developed and the corresponding testing is carried out. It is seen from the results that the newly designed fasteners based on impedance mismatching can achieve better vibration reduction effect than that of the traditional ones.%传统扣件的实心橡胶垫对于结构声传递抑制具有一定局限性,基于阻抗失配可引起结构声反射同时伴随有波形转换的原理对橡胶垫进行改进,通过在橡胶垫内设置一定声学结构,使得入射纵波不断反射并转化为剪切波,从而提高橡胶垫的隔振效果.在此基础上研制一种新型的轨道交通减振扣件,并在轨交试验线上进行实验,实验结果表明:在静刚度相等的条件下,基于阻抗失配原理设计的减振扣件比传统扣件具有更好的隔振效果.
