65Mn深小孔加工时间回归模型建立与参数优化

             

摘要

The small deep hole by electrical discharge machining (EDM) in 65Mn is researched by DK703 CNC EDM perforation processing machine.It regards processing time as research objects and sets up relevant mathematical models with the regressive method of orthogonal polynomials.The debugging range of main influence parameters is confirmed: the pulse width (40 - 60μm), the three divided sections of duty cycle: 1 (0.1 ≤Φ≤l), 2 (1 ≤Φ≤2), 3 (2 ≤Φ≤3), and the peak current of 2 position, 3 position and 4 position.It gets the optimal parameters combination connected with analytical method of extreme value in the condition of experiments.The selected optimal parameters are that duty cycle is 3, and peak current is the 4th position.The processing speed is highest and the processing time is minimum.It is proved completely that the regression equation and optimum parameter analysis is reasonable.%以电火花加工时间为研究对象,利用DK703数控电火花小孔加工机,对65Mn深小孔电火花放电加工展开试验研究,采用部分正交多项式回归设计方法,确定了主要影响参数的调试范围:脉冲宽度在(40~60)μm之间,占空比分三个区段:1(0.1≦Ф≦1)、2(1≦Ф≦2)、3(2≦Ф≦3),峰值电流为2档、3档和4档,进行了回归试验,通过试验数据得出回归方程,并用极值分析的方法确定最优参数组合,目前阶段得出的结果表明,当占空比为3,峰值电流为4档时,加工速度最大,所需加工时间最短,从而验证了该回归方程和参数优化合理性.
