面向汽车驱动桥壳半轴套管再制造的电刷镀技术研究

     

摘要

In order to study the most suitable brush plating technology for remanufacture of the surface scratch and corrosion wearing of the half shaft bushing of vehicle' s drive axle housing, the repairing coatings were prepared on the surface of the 40Mn steel half shaft bushing by using different brush plating process parameters. A conclusion of its changing regulation could be discovered by testing the deposit velocity and quality of the plating in different process conditions. The testing results indicate that pulse brush plating process which the duty cycle was 70% could reduce the wear of anode of plating pen and package sheathing effectively. This kind of brush plating process gained a higher efficiency of remanufacture. The adhesive force was stronger, the micro-hardness of the coatings were higher than matrix material, and the surface morphology of the coatings became flater and more compact than DC brush plating. The grain size was also decreased. It could meet the requirements of remanufacture of the surface scratch and corrosion wearing of the half shaft bushing of vehicle' s drive axle housing.%为了研究最适合用于汽车驱动桥壳半轴套管表面擦伤和腐蚀磨损再制造的电刷镀工艺,采用不同电刷镀工艺参数在40Mn钢半轴套管上制备电刷镀修复层,测试不同工艺条件下的镀层沉积速度和质量,并得出其变化规律.结果表明:刷镀电源占空比为70%的脉冲电刷镀工艺能有效地降低镀笔阳极和包套的磨损,获得较高的再制造效率,所得镀层结合力大,硬度高于半轴套管基体材料,表面比直流电刷镀层更加平整、致密,晶粒也更为细小,能够满足汽车驱动桥壳半轴套管表面擦伤和腐蚀磨损再制造的要求.
