基于Pro/E与ANSYS Workbench进行协同仿真及优化的思路,详细阐述了滚珠丝杠副三维模型的参数化和族表建模过程,提出了一种简单有效的滚珠装配方法,为实现结构分析与全面仿真奠定基础。总结Pro/E与ANSYS接口技术,将滚珠丝杠副简化处理后导入ANSYS Workbench软件,建立其非线性接触模型,在对模型合理施加载荷和设置边界条件后,采用Static Structural模块对滚珠丝杠副进行仿真分析,计算出滚珠、丝杠、螺母三个主要组成部分在工作过程中的应变、应力及安全系数等。分析表明,有限元计算结果与实际情况相近,为滚珠丝杠副的设计、优化和失效分析提供了参考依据和方法。%Based on the idea of using Pro /E and ANSYS Workbench software to co-simulate and optimize, the dimensional modeling process of parameterization and Pro/E family table of ball screw is elaborated, and a simple and effective method of assembling the ball is proposed. Therefore, a foundation for the future structural analysis and comprehensive simulation is laid. Moreover, after investigating the interface technolo-gy between Pro/E and ANSYS, the model of ball screw is simplified, which is imported into ANSYS Work-bench software. Then the nonlinear contact model is established. With the reasonable setting of the loading and boundary conditions, the contact stress, deformation and safety factor of ball, screw and nut were calcu-lated by Static Structural module. Analysis shows the FEM results are consistent with the actual situation, which indicates a reference and method for design, optimization and failure analysis of the ball screw is pro-vided.
